Yuzu Soda

Fresh Yuzu & Yuzu Juice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml Yuzu Juice
  • 20ml Yuzu Syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda Water
  • Fresh Yuzu Rind for Garnish

METHOD:

  1. Pour juice and syrup over ice in a tall glass
  2. Top up with Soda Water and stir
  3. Add yuzu rind to garnish
