Yuzu Kosho Mignonette
Fresh Yuzu & Yuzu Kosho
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup rice vinegar,
2 Tbsp finely minced shallots,
1 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
Zest of 1 fresh yuzu
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients
- Let sit at room temperature for at least 20-30 minutes to meld flavours.
