Yuzu Kosho Mignonette

Fresh Yuzu & Yuzu Kosho

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar,

  • 2 Tbsp finely minced shallots,

  • 1 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho

  • Zest of 1 fresh yuzu

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil.

METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Let sit at room temperature for at least 20-30 minutes to meld flavours.
