Sweet Yuzu Butter

Fresh Yuzu & Yuzu Juice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g butter, softened
  • 100g pure icing sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 yuzu

METHOD:

  1. Mix: Beat the butter, icing sugar, and yuzu zest with an electric mixer until pale.
  2. Add Juice: Add the yuzu juice and beat until light and fluffy.
